Recruitment Guarantee
We offer a 3 month guarantee for each placement, meaning that if the candidate is not meeting the performance requirement or leaves; we shall provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost (provided that the candidate has not left due to breach of contract by the employer).

Recruitment Fees
You only pay us upon successful placement of the candidate. We invoice upon the candidate joining; the fees are settled within 30 days.
